I would like to suggest there should include a sandbox option for Single player (Campaign) / Skirmish mode for Player vs AI.
An additional option should include
1. disable fog of war
2. unlimited ammo
3. unlimited fuel
4. unlimited manpower
5. unlimited popcap
6. godmode
7. spawn any unit that player want
It might be benefit to player who enjoy a Single player (Campaign) / Skirmish mode on their vacation or weekend without making them more stress but let them enjoy
their free-time, make their life easy and lovely, make it more funny with their imagination "what-if I had this unit" like cityskyline option that allow each player choose what they want to suit their style.

Because that mod is not available for theater of war and campaign mode (based on coh2) sothis option should be close out the gap.
