Guys that is really ..... i lost so many units because of this.

You cannot retreat (R) while Vehicle is selected ... i pressed R like a PANIC button but nothing happened just because 1x vehicle was in my selection....

That is intentional. Its because the reverse key is on the same button. You have to press tab to select infantry

Second Cryptacide's comment. This is not a bug. Unless you want to be able to do the following:

1. Select mixed group of infantry and vehicles

2. Press R

3. Infantry in the selected group retreat

That could be a feature request, but I doubt it will be implemented. Vehicles are not supposed to be able to retreat the same way infantry do as this is a key component of infantry vs vehicles balance.

Yeah but it negatively impacts gameplay ....

It would be nice if Relic put an option for retreat preference in the options menu. But, generally it's best to save your vehicle before retreating
