Can somebody explain me why Dingo which is considered "light car" is much more tanky against rifle fire than something with "medium" in its name.

On wiki this thing is halftruck is categorized as "light" so it should be same in the game. So I have no idea whos idea was it to name it medium here when its weaker than literal motocycle.

Anyways i know alot people will complain when i say this but can we get something done with halftruck? nowdays players are using it as suicide vehicle which gets panzer granadiers into battlefield and dies. Thats it . theres no more to this vehicle if you dont upgrade it. And if you upgrade it its becomes shit with first AT coming.

Like if you are smart you can keep those vehicle and perhaps use them as transport from base to battlefield but usually they just litter the battlefield. Can we get some usefull upgrades for this car. And perhaps increase its health and keep its dmg shit as it is now. And make it less available. Because you get shit ton of these with every call in unit. 

Anyone any ideas?
