Hello, 

Since v 2.700 there are no ranks in basic games and skirmishes. Each player in the lobby has a rank of 1 (Private).

I think the appearance of ranks in these modes will allow players to create a team balance and evaluate the level of players by their rank, It also adds a competitive moment and some motivation to win. 

It would be really cool if rank came back, hoping for an answer from Relic
