How Do You Link Your Relic Account?

Greetings. I am a newbie who got CoH2 from the giveaway. I just created this account, but I did it outside of CoH2 and I can't seem to log in to this account in game. I thought I could do it from sso.relic.com but I can't get past the log in. The log in button is unresponsive. I've tried multiple times from different devices and networks but got the same result.
