veteran squad leaders is not working for the panzergrenadiers and Stormtroopers

the veteran squad leaders in German core infantry doctrine hasn't been working while the game
when I click to a panzergrenadier , I haven't seen the option.

    Well it works for me. The option is available currently as you mentioned in "The German Infantry Doctrine" and I do not think there is any issue.

    Does it still not work for you by the way?
