US Flag Waving in Breeze Overlays the Intro Screens

I got a series of bugsplats at the end of several solo games and now when I start COH2 a US flag appears waving in a breeze after the COH 2 splash screen which partially hides the next series of intro screens. The flag disappears when a battle starts but reappears as soon as there is a victory. Any idea what is going on? Thank you in advance.
