Not working DLC "Ardennes Assault".

When you click the "new company" button in the DLC "Ardennes Assault" nothing happens, at any complexity. The main company is operating normally. Steam version.
What could be the cause of the problem in DLC and how to fix it?
Have You encountered such a problem?
I contacted technical support, but they respond with phrases such as: "reinstall the driver." All this does not help.
Technical support asked for a number of files, just in case I attach them here.
