Supply drop is ridiculously overpowered as Allies have no way to counter it as their planes come from their base (Unlike Soviet's fuel drop which is straight up puny and more expensive, and cannot be used regardless.)

It's cheap when you consider how much fuel/ammo it drops and way too good for maps like Lienne Forest, General Mud(maybe not as much) Angermünd.

Or add an allies commander similar if not the same as Wehrmacht's.
And please for the love of god don't make the planes come from the enemy base like Soviet's Land Lease.

    Im not sure about that.
250mp cache give 3fuel / 5ammo per min per player. Which in big game its 12fuel / 20 ammo per min total.
    200mp supply give 30fuel / 150ammo for a single player in 1min.

Its a great resource rush for 1 players, but not the whole team.

For the plane direction, Soviet fuel drop can be anywhere, so of course you can drop them on your base. Ost supply drop have to be on Fuel / Ammo point to get similar resource. Map that have fuel / ammo near base is surely a safety resource income for Ost.

Soviet fuel drop could add reconnaissance from the air. Even if the plane is shot down, there will be at least reconnaissance for 100ammo.

Well, one thing we all could all agree with its totally unfair they come from theyer base with no risk and soviet plane has to fly the opposite direction. Even if its futher on the frontline you command the drop as soviet its a huge deal because they come from the opposite side compare to ostern, they get theyer cargo 99% of time while your just lucky as soviet if you didnt waste 100 amo.. Should be fixed in some way to make it more even

The counter is to go to the fuel/muni point and steal it.......

Holy shit I totally did not think of it and have totally haven't tried it.

M8 go try to cap their fuel on Lienne or muni on city 17

It's either way too back or they can spam a dirt cheap bunkers that require no pop cap

    50 fuel, dirt cheap.

Don't think of supply drop as only source of income, think of it as an additional income. Werhmacht player can bring a Brümmbar which can annahilate anything. Add a cache next to the fuel drop (which another player can build) and you think of what horrible things can that happen.

Allies should have something similar if not the same as this OR Relic needs to fix Soviet Fuel Drop

As i wrote earlier it should be fixed to always fly come from the enemy base, like soviets, so it can have a chance being shot down. Also, the soviet plane flyes extremly slow compare to osterns cargoplane.

Talking about bunker, i don't know why osterns mgbunker is able to being upgraded with rocketspeed compare to USF mgnest, can someone explain that? It's like 1/3 of the time it takes for USF to instal an mg

As the Devs explaination, Soviet fuel drop comes from US on the west, that pass German before get into the east
There are many different between 2 plane drop, its not about able to shoot down, but the utility Ost drop and the price.

Either gain Soviet drop to 50fuel, or gain Ost price to at least 250mp.
Or keep the price on both side cheap, but the cool down need to be extended.

Both bunker requires 15sec to build, USF requires 45sec (ridiculous long), Ost requires 15sec. This make bunker become an offensive tool rather than defensive.
If I can change the balance between 2 bunkers.

    • Ost: MG upgrade to 45sec, sight increased to 60m that able to spot for ATgun near by, but sight cone downed from 360 to 120. Increase hp by 160.
    • USF: no MG, no sight. If upgraded for 60ammo, still no MG, no sight, but if a Rear squad garrison in it, they arm 2 Bars and 1 Rifle grenade (if a squad already armed with 2 Bars at vet3 with 5 men, they hold 4 Bars and 1 Rifle grenade)
Now that will distinguish between a defensive bunker and an offensive bunker.

Don't forget the fact that you can literally kill Fighting Positions with any unit, for example Strumpioneer, Panzergrenadier, Volksgrenadier, upgraded Grenadier. And I'm talking about their guns which can kill it, not their bombs.
