Pages 6-9 of the manual (pages 4 and 5 on the PDF) include big tables of all the general, Wehrmacht, and Soviet hotkeys.
Also available is the Ardennes Assault manual which has USF hotkeys (some of them are for singleplayer abilities but most of them apply):

the hot keys change depending on unit and faction, some persist like retreat and attack ground.
i HIGHLY recommend changing to the grid system, it lines up your hotkeys with a corresponding key on the keyboard that remains the same no matter the unit or faction.
What get me sick in this game is about not allow setup my own keybindings. This is not right i think. I want pan the camera using WASD and other different keys!!!
I have a razer naga chroma epic mouse that has 12 buttons on the side, which is perfect for the hot keys, but thats alot of money I know...
