Custom skins visible only to client in Automatch

Hello, I'm Volster and I'm and alcohol.....wait. Wrong introduction.....
Anyway, I am doing a bit of skin modding and I've been wondering if everything I have done was in vain. I created a skinpack, still working on it, but it doesn't show when I play with other players in Automatch.
My question is can you make your skins only visible to you? I don't really care that other players don't see my skin, I just want to be able to play with my own made skin.
That's about it, quick answers would be appriciated.

Custom skins only work in custom.
Now you know.
I agree that own unit skins should still work in automatch, without needing others to be able to see it.
Should be client side only, unless you both happen to have the same skin.
