Hello.
I would like to know whether in the future change of the Co2 of infantry and the change in the damage to the USSR?
this:
Conscripts
Penalties
Soviet engineers

PPSh-41
Molotov Cocktail
SVT-40

1) Conscripts give some sort of improvement in weapons or equipment. (without commander's ability)

  • Replace the "Molotov Cocktail" with a grenade "RG-42". The cost of improving 25-35 ammon.
  • Improve the "Molotov Cocktail" damage. From 10 to 25 damage (because of its cost.)
  • remove the cost of the ability "Hooray!" From 15 to 0.
    (If you do not kill the cost, then ado give them a reload bonus of 20% and cooling of the rifles -15%)

2) Penalties.

  • Improve the damage of SVT-40. From 10 to 16 (because of the cost of infantry and replenishment)
  • Remove the PTRS and an explosive package.
  • Add an improvement to the new weapon AVS-36 with a damage of 16. (or improve the rate of fire SVT-40, from 1.00 to 0.50-0.35)
  • Replace the standard explosive package with "Many Molotov Cocktails"
  • Leave a sticky explosive package "Against Technology" and not the required improvement.

3) Combat engineer squad

  • Give them an improvement "assault kit"
  • PPSh and body armor. with a cost of 75 ammon.
  • Or combine PPSH, bulletproof vest with ROKS-3 flamethrower with a cost of 75 ammo.
  • Give them a "smoke grenade"

  • Since this car is not very effective in combat. I propose to give him the ability to "First Aid," for 15 ammon. (because of its cost)
    "If it's a reconnaissance machine, you have to give it camouflage."

  • Change firing "shelling" to "Artillery Mode" and "Santard Mode"
  • Increase the area of borage fragments by 25%.

ISU-152 - The biggest problem in the game.
1) At it the gun costs 152мм (as at МЛ-20 and at КВ-2)
2) The damage must be the same and break through (combine them with KV-2 and ML-20), so that the ISU-152 had some kind of effectiveness against the technique.
3) Otherwise, why do Jagdtige deal more damage?
The damage

  • ISU-152 = 240 damage - Caliber 152
  • Jagdtige = 320 damage - Caliber 128
    4) My suggestion and other players. We want the ISU-152 to be powerful as a Jagdtige. If you do not go to change it means you have to reduce the joint venture (from 14 to 10) and the cost of the tank

At the end of the game, the Soviet army is powerless. Because the Soviet Power is losing the advantage against the Axis.

    Some ideas are nice, but have to be implemented differently.

    BUT why does the Jagdtiger more damage? Sure, the pen was twice as much. At that caliber you are dead so or so if you pen. The shell was WAY faster. Pen 30 degrees 1000m (at this range ISU had to fire with artillery optics, hitting correctly was nearly impossible) 95mm of steal for ISU, Jagdtiger 200mm... soooo... xD

    We can make some damage if it bounces like Brummbär, because e. g. many german tanks were damages because of the massive punsh or explosion on the armor. Also some crew-shock would fit good. But than same right for all, so for all artyz with midium and large calibe AND explosive shells of Jagdtiger. Also ISU has concrete shells, that were some beasts versus verhicles.

    Edit: Sidenote, may it has same caliber as Brummbär, but the HE shells of the german gun has around 3000 g more TNT equivalents as the russian 152.

    Till 500meters Brummbär was the better ai tank and tank destroyer.

    Least they can hold up a mainline infantry unit when in a building or behind green cover. Unlike the Pioneers.

    Umm, you do not talk here soviet combat engineers, do you?
    They are unable to hold off and win against attacking pios.

    Now, regarding OP, no.
    Neither of these need any of suggested changes.

    I'd love to see CEs being more reliable, so its possible to actually vet them up with sweeper, but that's it.

    how about new unit for soviet union ?
    Special Assault Engineer
    5 man look like shock troop but wear Pilotka cap
    equip with 3 SVT-40 rifle and 2 PPSH smg
    can upgrade with 1 ROKS flamethrowers or 1 Bazooka

    same with normal combat engineer but with better armor and equipment

    I think lelic should buff the IS-2 armor and penetrate than buff ISU, it suppose to be strong like Tiger II
