The intention has been to give this unit a more devastating anti-infantry and emplacement profile. Stats reflect a less potent Brumbar, with the upside being that the 105mm is turreted.

76mm Sherman

-Population from 14 to 12

-Veterancy Three 0.8 reload modifier replaced with +25% main gun penetration.
-Can now swap between regular ammunition and HVAP; HVAP has improved penetration and accuracy, but increases reload time by 1.6 seconds.

--Soviet Sherman now has the exact same abilities and veterancy as the American M4A3 76mm.
-Speed from 6.4 to 6.5; speed matches Soviet Sherman

BRITISH

Perimeter Overwatch

Recovery Sapper Squad

Forward Observation Post

Upgrade available to the Forward Assembly which grants the FOP abilities to the Assembly

Commissar Squad (New Unit)

This new unit represents a formidable combat and utility squad in keeping with the doctrine's theme.

-5 Man Squad: Commissar Officer armed with a pistol. Commissar escorted by three Guards Riflemen wielding SVTs, and a medic wielding and SVT; medic does not need to be alive to provide healing.
-Costs 2 CPs and 260 Manpower
-Ability one - Stand Your Ground: Grants a targeted squad -30% received accuracy and -10% received damage. The squad cannot move unless told to retreat during its 20 second duration; shares a cooldown with Fight to the Death. Costs 0 munitions
-Ability Two- Fight to the Death: Grants targeted squad +20% weapon accuracy and 0.5 cooldown. Increases incoming weapon accuracy by 20%; shares a cooldown with Stand Your Ground. Costs 0 munitions.
-'Stand Your Ground' and 'Fight to the Death' cooldown set to 30.
-Ability Three: Propaganda Barrage: Calls in a small barrage of 4 shells that is similar to Fear Propoganda. 45 munitions
-Ability Four: Able to heal nearby infantry within 15m when out of combat which matches Infantry Section medical kits; 30 seconds.

-Now able to throw grenades; same grenade used by Guard Rifles.
-Squad received Accuracy set to 0.87

Scorched Earth Policy (New Ability)

Allows Engineers to place a trap on points; when triggered an incendiary mortar shell will be launched that damages nearby infantry and will stop the point’s ability to generate resources for a period of time.

-Detected by minesweepers
-Capturing the point will remove the trap if it does not detonate, similar to booby traps and early warning flares
-Instantly detonates when triggered
-Resource denial duration for 120 seconds

Anti Tank Overwatch (New ability - replaces IL2 Sturmovik)

Feedback suggested this doctrine was too anti-infantry dominant. This ability functions as a zeroing anti-tank barrage.

URBAN DEFENSE TACTICS

Armored Vehicle detection – Removed

Shock Troops

In keeping with the Urban theme of this doctrine, Shock Troops have been added. Furthermore, Shock Troops have received moderate buffs to their mid-range capabilities. Their close-range potency remains unchanged up to 10 meters.

45mm Anti-Tank Gun

This unit was underperforming. The following changes attend to make it a more attractive choice with added utility later into the game.

-Able to swap between AP and Canister rounds; canister rounds are a low damage round that are only effective against infantry. Cannister rounds rely on rate of fire and AOE.
-Canister range set to 50
-Arc from 30 to 40.
-Rotation speed from 100 to 135.
-Speed penalty while stealthed from 80% to 50%.
-Horizontal Tracking speed from 12 to 20.
-AP round penetration from 140/80/60 to 140/100/80.
-Now has Ambush Camouflage ability by default; first-strike bonus of +20% accuracy, +20% reload and -25% reload
-Tracking veteran ability replaced; Vehicle units hit by a veteran 45mm ATG will be temporary visible, even in the FOW

Forward Headquarters

As an alternative to designating a command building, this ability now also allows the player to build a Field Base; this structure reinforces and heals nearby infantry.
-Costs 200 manpower and 25 fuel
-CP requirement from 2 to 1
-FHQ Aura is now a 30 second timed ability with a 90 second cooldown; free ability.

Booby Trap

The Booby Trap is being adjusted to be deal more damage over a larger area, whilst being incapable of destroying full squads. Cost has been adjusted appropriately.

-Must now be planted by Engineers.
-CP requirement from from 6 to 4.
-Cost reduced from 100 to 45
-Damage from 250 to 80

KV-2 (Replaces Urban Defense's Incendiary Barrage)

The KV-2 has received the following changes. This unit will still provide considerable defensive presence, but will also function better in an assault tank capacity, and be more effective against enemy armor.

-Population from 19 to 21.
-Rear armour from 180 to 120.
-Weapon penetration from 200/180/160 to 170/150/140
-Deflection damage from 33% to 50%
-Siege mode reload bonus from 0.5 to 0.75.
-AOE profile now matches the ISU-152's HE cannon
-AOE distance from 1.25/2.5/3.75 to 0.25/1.1/6.
-Veterancy 3 speed bonus replaced with +160 health bonus.
-152mm non-sieged reload from 10/12 to 9.

-Entering and exiting siege mode no longer increases the KV-2s received accuracy and removes its sight during the ability.

This upgrade has been adjusted to allow tanks to spot targets from further away. The Artillery Barrage has been modified to arrive sooner and at a lower price.

-Coordinated Barrage cost from 120 to 80
-Coordinated Barrage range from 35 to 40
-Now increases main gun accuracy by 10%.

Emergency Repair

Emergency Repairs has been altered to repair a reasonable chunk of health, allowing damaged tanks on the front to get back into the action more quickly.

-Cost reduced from 50 to 35
-Now restores 300 health over 10 seconds after a 3-second delay; previously it was 100
-No longer reduces munition income when active

Sturmtiger

We have aimed to make this unit perform more consistently. The intention is an increased ability to punish dense unit concentrations, with less ability to wipe multiple units.

-AOE radius from 8 to 14
-AOE distance to 1/3.75/8 from 0.25/1.5/8.
-AOE damage from 1/1/0.3 to 1/0.25/0.075
-Rocket suppresses all infantry within 18 meters of the blast
-Suppression recovery time from 3 to 8; this increases the delay before infantry near a detonating Sturmtiger rocket can begin suppression recovery.
-Sturmtiger ambient building damage adjusted; should automatically destroy most ambient structures in one hit.
-NaHW Grenade Range from 15 to 25
-No longer immobile when reload. Instead, receives an 60% speed decrease when reloading.
-Veterancy 5 increases the speed of the Sturmtiger when reloading to 3.76 from 1.88.
-Veterancy requirements from 1795/3590/7180/8975/11668 to 1400/2800/5600/7400/8900.
-Shares the limit of 1 with the King Tiger; neither tank may be called in if the other is on the field.
-Hull MG no longer auto attacks enemies.

221/223 (Replaces Signal Relay)
-221 available from the Command HQ after any truck has been converted.
-Costs 220 manpower and 20 fuel.
-221 capable of dropping medical kits.
-Can be upgraded for 100 manpower and 10 fuel to a 223;
223 is able to lockdown territory and generates additional income. Also automatically detects armoured vehicles on the minimap within range 85 of the vehicle without needing to lockdown.
-Gains shared veterancy.
-Veterancy similar to 222, except veterancy 1. 'Defensive Smoke' replaces 'Infantry Awareness'. Smoke similar to Panzer Tactician.
-Veterancy 4 now reduces incoming damage by 25% when the 221/3 is in Lockdown.
-Veterancy 5 allows the 221/3 to plant Riegal Anti-Tank Mines; same ones used by the 251 half-track.
-Machine gun stats now match 222 coaxial.
-Target table vs snipers removed; prevents immediately killing snipers in one burst. Matches 222 Coaxial.
-Drops 1 medical kit for 15 munitions.

Pak 43
-New ability: Scuttle Pak 43: The crew will disable the gun and after 20 seconds, the gun will be destroyed. The owning player will be partially refunded 150 manpower and 15 fuel upon completion. This ability cannot be canceled. NOTE - This ability is WIP and will not function fully as intended presently.

Concrete Bunkers
-Pioneers can construct Standard Concrete Bunker and Machine Gun Bunker.
-Machine Gun Bunkers take up 2 population.
-Both bunker types cost 380 manpower.
-Build time 140
-960 health and 35 armor.

Sector Artillery

Veteran Squad Leaders (New Ability)

-All Require 2 CPs

In keeping with the Infantry theme of the doctrine, the following ability has been created. This ability provides Wehrmacht line infantry with a five-man upgrade in the case of Pioneers and Grenadiers, adding increased front line durability, and in the case of grenadiers, increased potency. For Grenadiers specifically, this upgrade allows better performance than the MG42 upgrade in most situations. Panzergrenadiers can be upgraded witha support package to enhace their overall ability and utility.

-Pioneers and Grenadiers can now be upgraded with veteran squad leaders, bolstering squad size to five men
-Costs 30 munitions per squad for pioneers and 60 munitions per squad for Grenadiers

-The Grenadier squad leader has a transferable G43. This upgrade locks out the MG43 upgrade
-Grenadier Veteran Squad Leader upgrade grants -10% reduction on weapon cooldowns, -10% received accuracy and reduces the cost of Medical Kits to 0.bo

-Panzergrenadiers can be upgraded with Support Package. Unlocks three abilities for 30 Munitions.
-Rudimentary Repair: Allows Panzergrenadiers to repair at a reduced rate. (1.1 vs a Pioneer's 1.6)
-Combined Arms: Panzergrenadiers gain -10% Received Accuracy and +20% speed when near vehicles.
-Mark Target/ Infantry: Panzergrenadiers can mark hostile infantry; enemy will take +30% received accuracy while the Panzergrenadiers receive +15% received

Stormtroopers

Stormtroopers have been added to the doctrine. Furthermore, Stormtroopers have undergone a rework, to make them a more attractive choice across doctrines. This redesign intends to differentiate Stormtroopers from Panzergrenadiers, by moving them more towards a potent close-range unit, with strong disruption and ambush abilities.

-StG Package removed
-Bundle Grenade removed.
-Now spawn with Grenadier Kar98ks; can upgrade to MP40s for free (note these mp40s are unlike other mp40s, and perform better than Commando Sten guns). MP40s have a 15 second upgrade time in order to require more strategic deployment.
-Panzerschreck Cost from 75 to 60
-Decapture rate from 1 to 1.33
-Veterancy 1 Medkits replaced with automatic healing when out of combat.
-Stormtroopers are now equipped with smoke grenades and a special incendiary grenade; the incendiary grenade is similar to the Volksgrenadier incendiary grenade, but does additional damage to caches. Grenades do not share a cooldown. Incendiary nade starts on cooldown.
-Camouflage now matches those used by commandos in that stormtroopers can stay camoflagued for a short time out of cover.
-Can now place Booby Traps; similar to Jaegar Light Infantry
-Tactical Assault avaliable on cooldown upon being deployed.
-G43 Package now grants 4 Panzergrenadier G43s; cost from 40 to 60. Disables Tactical Assault and locks out Panzerschreck.
-Booby traps standardized to the new Soviet version (Cost reduced from 100 to 45, Damage from 250 to 80, AOE distance from 1.5/3/4.5 to 0.25/3/6) This also applies to Obersoldaten and JLI

-Increases the accuracy of all infantry by 25% for 45 seconds
-Capture and decapture rate is increased by 100% for infantry squads.
-Costs 70 munitions

250 Half-track (Replaces Infantry Doctrine Artillery Officer)
-210 manpower and 20 fuel.
-Comes with a 251 style MG and gains shared veterancy.
-Veterancy similar to the 222
-Veterancy 1 - Can now reinforce nearby infantry upon gaining veterancy 1.
-New ability - Dig-In - Immobilizes the half-track, but reduces damage by 50%, increases range by 10, and grants moderate weapon suppression.
-Changes affect the half-tracks in Mechanized Assault Groups for Mechanized and Mechanized Assault doctrines; they still come with infantry.
-Veterancy 2 sight bonus replaced with 1.2 burst duration.

    BUG FIXES

    -HVAP 76mm Sherman would not priortize vehicles when the ability was active.
    -HVAP 76mm Sherman hotkey no longer overlaps with the top gunner upgrade.
    -Panzergrenadier and Grenadier Mechanized Assault Groups not available in their respective commanders.
    -KV-2 unable to priortize vehicles; lacks icon, however, due to lack of animators.
    -221 did not have hold fire, it now does
    -Churchill Crocidle for Tatical Support did not match the CP requirement.
    -Combined Arms for Mechanized had no CP requirement.
    -Concrete Bunker MG 42 suppression was set too high.
    -221 Radio had a global limit.
    -221 Radio now costs 10 fuel as stated in prior notes.
    -223 lockdown granted a resource boost while the sector was not connected to the HQ.
    -Multiple 223s could be locked down in the same sector.
    -Remcrewing the 221/223 crashed the game.
    -Fixed issues with the Repair upgrade with the bunker; pioneers should now repair and no longer get stuck in animation.
    -Stormtrooper Fire grenade and Tank Detection hotkeys should no longer overlap with Sprint or Smoke Grenades.
    -UI fixes.

    -Build time from 18 to 22
    -No longer gains shared veterancy
    -Veterancy requirement from 360/720/1440 to 300/600/1200

    Calvary Riflemen
    -Thomphson cost from 45 to 70
    -Covering Fire penalty on targeted squad from 75% to 35%.

    SOVIET

    URBAN DEFENSE

    M-42
    -Canister range from 60 to 50

    Shock Troops
    -Grenades no longer share a cooldown.

    Forward Headquarters
    -CP requirement from 2 to 1
    -FHQ Aura is now a 30 second timed ability with a 90 second cooldown; free ability.

    BRITISH

    TACTICAL SUPPORT

    Forward Observation HQ

    -Fuel cost from 60 to 40.
    -Ambient Buildings that are converted can now reinforce nearby troops.

    WEHRMACHT

    GERMAN INFANTRY DOCTRINE

    Veteran Squad Leaders (Title will likely be changed at some point)
    -Panzergrenadiers can be upgraded with Support Package. Unlocks three abilities for 30 Munitions.
    -Rudimentary Repair: Allows Panzergrenadiers to repair at a reduced rate. (1.1 vs a Pioneer's 1.6)
    -Combined Arms: Panzergrenadiers gain -10% Received Accuracy and +20% speed when near vehicles.
    -Mark Target/ Infantry: Panzergrenadiers can mark hostile infantry; enemy will take +25% received accuracy while the Panzergrenadiers receive +15% received accuracy. Retreating removes the penalties.

    -Grenadier Veteran Squad Leader upgrade now grants -10% reduction on weapon cooldowns, +10% weapon accuracy, -10% received accuracy and reduces the cost of Medical Kits to 0.

    Assault and Hold (Replaces Tactical Movement)
    -Increases the accuracy of all infantry by 25% for 45 seconds
    -Capture and decapture rate is increased by 100% for infantry squads.
    -Costs 70 munitions

    250 Half-Track (All Variants)
    -Veterancy 1 sight bonus removed. Can now reinforce nearby infantry upon gaining veterancy 1.

    DEFENSIVE DOCTRINE

    Advanced Defensive Positions
    Concrete Bunker
    -Population reverted from 3 to 0

    OKW

    ELITE ARMOUR DOCTRINE

    Sturmtiger
    -NaHW Grenade Range from 15 to 25
    -No longer immobile when reload. Instead, receives an 60% speed decrease when reloading.
    -Veterancy 5 increases the speed of the Sturmtiger when reloading to 3.76 from 1.88.
    -Veterancy requirements from 1795/3590/7180/8975/11668 to 1400/2800/5600/7400/8900.
    -Shares the limit of 1 with the King Tiger; neither tank may be called in if the other is on the field.

    Hey guys,

    Just wanted to clarify a couple of things.

    We are now working on the live build for this mod.

    There will be some minor changes, but by and large, the mod will be released as presented in the updated patch notes post at the top of this page.

    A finalized patch notes will be posted once the live build is complete.

    We are aiming for this patch to go live the week of Monday December 10th.
