So in order to capture Rome before the last missions. All you need is a Paratrooper squad and a transport plane and it needs or can be the Airport near Anzio. 

Then you can paradrop them behind the enemy lines. Its pretty easy.

You will need 2-3 paratrooper squads to make it quicker.
