I would be really happy If replays have more function in COH 3. For example:

• Rewind those moments what you missed during the replay rather than restart
• More details is statistics
• Automaticly generated highlights

For me the most important is to rewindcapability, this will help the Content Creators, Casters and those players who would like to learn from there games. 

Agreed, also the ability to skip to certain points without having to fast forward through the entire replay.

that would be cool to have, I'd be happy to have cinema mode again for replays as well, so you can watch replays like a movie from coh1

They will never do that, essence engine is incapable of doing that and also reconnection.

I'd like them to add the "basic" functionality of reconnecting to a game first. This is 2023.

Yes, they do, but you have to access them in a weird way for the moment.
