I feel like coh3 needs to impliment this as 4V4 is just not enjoyeble as people leave after lossing a MG or teamates just being AFK and this could help very well with the issue as the game makes you just to stick to 2V2 and 1V1 of this.
They could do it like this way: when you leave the frist time you get a 30 min ban and if you leave again in the next 48H they add some time each time 30min, 10h, 24h, 72h , and 1 week at max.
For being AFK it could would be the same with a count down of 3 min par exemple and a autokick of course as it's very needed.
Also voting to kick some one would not be a terrible idea, but this can have some down sides if the players are really toxic which you can see in games like CS GO.
Its a good idea to look at a reasonable stacking penalty as such you filter out the players who just quit the match when they lose their first two units quickly or are somehow too perfectionistic : )
this is not a good idear , player would be ban if he had a net problem , if someone
have to taken an emergency call , he would be ban . so this is not feasible.
Well you can always get a warning frist then get banned. And like 3 - 5 min afk time should be sufficent to take a important phone call. As for the net problem they really need to add a reconect option that would get rid of that problem.
I think there needs to be management of the dropping in the game, if your internet is so bad that you would trigger say 3 drops in an afternoon then the penalty is equally deserved as why would you put the risk on anyone but yourself with such a poor connection. Habitual quitting should be punished, would encourage use of the surrender button as well. AFK punishment is at the very leas t the best idea as there not much excuse and an emergency call wouldn't be frequent enough to earn a ban.
unacceptable idea if this was implemented everyone would be banned because weather storm knocks out power. or you lose connection due to internet isp does Maintenace without telling consumer.

I understand temporary bans - something like 30 minutes. Several MMOs do this during dungeon runs and what not. Two drops could be an hour or two. Several days worth of bans? That is extremely excessive.
As someone else said, there needs to be a reconnect feature. Without this, people will be unfairly punished.
If they would implement this they should make it so you can rejoin, if you get an emergency call and get kicked for being afk you can still rejoin in a reasonable time... this way you have a chance instead of getting banned when you have an unexpected problem,
again unacceptable what if your power goes out and cant get on till next day unacceptable. relic won't do it especially to those that paid nearly 90 bucks like my self so yeah no
