Please note that pre-ordering CoH3 does not guarantee access to Hammer & Shield. You must have purchased the Premium Edition of CoH3 and not the Launch or Standard Edition. If you purchased a physical copy of the Premium Edition, please note that there are two key codes in the box - one for the standard game and one to upgrade to the Premium Edition.

If you do not see the new content in Hammer & Shield appearing in-game, please restart CoH3 and Steam. If that still does not work, try unselecting and reselecting the pack in your Steam properties. It should appear here:
