Hi

Starting ELO for new players at 1000 is way to high, and thats why matchmaking in 3 vs 3 and 4 vs 4 suck! IF you are tying to get a higher elo, and you have arround 500 games, and have an ELO arround the 1000, you will get to play with new players all the time, and that will result in a bad experince for all parties ...  

Its just not fun.... There is so many ways to do it differntly, but this is just lacy..........

There may be ways to do it differently, but this is just how the ELO system works. It's the same in Chess.
