I understand the concept of trying to keep forward momentum with the new pathfinding AI, however, this tends to send vehicles into unintentional paths. This frequently causes vehicles to wander into enemy territory.  It seems to happen most often when sending long distance move orders over the tac map or mini map (even when shift clicking orders).

Does anyone else have any documented footage? I've heard around the community that the pathfinding is making dubious decisions. Hopefully Relic has seen this and is working on addressing it.

Also, in the scenario with case mate vehicles. I would say that most people would prefer them to reverse since you'd want to keep the gun facing forward. Why not make pathfinding decisions within a 180 degree arc behind the case mate a reverse order? This will prevent them from making a left or right turn exposing the side armor, which is a death sentence.
