it is very clearly  they use the maphack

becasue the maphacker have a function ，it can move the game camera out of the game limit.

if you play the replay or spectat him， close the free camera and follow his vision, you can see the game camera is very high than game limit

these two cheater is very well knowned and being reported many times and nothing happened

now they are still playing 

I've seen maphackers with elo 1500+ ... there are no bans...
