COH2 - PROBLEM TO REFRESH THE LIST OF PERSONALIZED GAMES

Hello, first of all I would like to explain to you my reason why I am asking this technical question here.


I contacted SEGA support recently so that they can help me solve my technical problem on the CoH2 game, here is the message I sent them:


<< Hello I have a problem that is starting to be very annoying, it is concerning the refresh button of the custom game list.

When I tap it, no personalized part is updated. the only ways I have found to update is to:

- wait 10 min for the automatic update to activate, or,

- restart the game.


I have already :

reinstall the game once, use the game's "Checking the integrity of local files" system 3 times with the Steam platform, and try on another different pc (under Windows 10, also with Steam); but i still have this same problem of refreshing the custom part page.


Could you help me?

So first, am I in the right place to ask for technical help?

Second, if someone can have a solution to my problem, can they help me?

Third, where should I go if I have a technical problem again?

Same problem here, plus SEGA help desk is about as useful as EA help desk. which is to say NOT AT ALL!
