Alright, got an answer, seems like redoing "Make Love Not War" or even unlock those achievements is not possible as it would require work with outdated systems.

Why can't you just delete those event achievements, Relic? It's pretty simple and easily done. You would make a huge part of the CoH2 community happy.

Unfortunately our team does not have the resources to retroactively fix these achievements. We know this is frustrating, especially for those players that love to 100% all their games. For all of our future titles, including Company of Heroes 3, we are ensuring achievements are not locked behind limited time modes.
