Unable to log in to the game. The network problem and firewall problem have been eliminated. Other games on the computer can be logged into the network and run. Only this game suddenly cannot be logged in.

Likewise, I'm unable to log into the game stating that I'm offline.

Please game officials solve our problem as soon as possible. We are all old users who pre-ordered the collector's edition.

i wouldnt bet on a fast solution though this one seems to be happening to a lot of guys. me included.

i had to change the gpu and cpu for the game to run without crashing after every mission or skirmish. 

this is a half baked product. really a sad way to end such a good game series.

i cant play it keeps saying cant connect al my other online games work fine

I uninstalled the latest patch KB5043076 for Windows 11 and can now log in to the game normally. I hope the game official can release a patch to solve this game issue, as we still need to ensure the operation of new updates.

I updated windows and rebooted and got in.
