I am sorry to look like a racist or talking about stereotypes but this is the elephant in the room.

I am in european region and whenever I want to play in daytime, matches always include Asian names. 

- They do not speak English

- Can't even write their names when I need to ask or tell something ( go there, take this VP etc.)

- They are usually bad or blobbing/exploiting specific units

So can't you at least give us a few regions like US/Europe/Asia etc?

1. First of all, you can find the option of "Display Player Colors" in the settings and set it to "Unique". Then, in each game, you and your teammates will show different colors (instead of the default blue and yellow). For example, if you need to talk to a certain teammate, you can say "yellow/blue/green.., go VP/or whatever you want to say". Most PVP players will understand what you mean. You only need to say some short sentences or phrases to solve the problem.
2. I can assure you with certainty that this game is relatively niche and has a steep learning curve, making it hard to get started. Those who get into this game surely have some command of English. I've been living in China for nearly 30 years. The people who can't understand even the simplest English are usually only into popular, quick - fix web games. They wouldn't even bother with Steam. You can just voice your opinions in English. As long as you don't use an excessive amount of adjectives or technical jargon as if you're delivering a speech, they'll be able to understand. Maybe a very small number of Chinese players might show hostility towards Western players or use cheating software. However, there's not much we can do about it. Just like the Chinese proverb goes, “In a big forest, all kinds of birds exist.” Just report them if you come across such cases.
3. Finally, getting back to the topic. I'm sorry to tell you that your ideal plan is almost impossible to achieve. This game only has a few thousand active players every day. The Relic Entertainment team has indeed set up servers in different regions, but everyone has to be put into the same matchmaking system. Otherwise, you'll find that after losing Chinese players (since the Chinese make up the majority of Asian players and the proportion of Chinese players among all players is second only to that of American players), the waiting time for matchmaking will be so long that it will test your patience. By the way, I don't quite agree with one of your viewpoints. Although the skills of Chinese players vary, it's far from true that they're all bad. I hope you'll meet an excellent Chinese player in the game (like me, haha). This will surely change your mind.
