I don't know if you've taken any sort of statistics in school, but such a low population usually is dismissed without any thought or doubt.

I'd say you need even more than 10k games. Around 100k games would be a good indicator.

Do you know what limit means in the Elo filter bar. Limit means only people in the same elo range if he chose to take avarage then his statistik contains games with elo diffrences

The game is not balanced around team games. Also, the problem with taking a specific range and low numbers is how many of those games are 4v4 premade 4-player teams.

You really can't just take the top players above 1600; otherwise, the game caters to the top percentage of players. It has to be balanced around all levels; otherwise, you just have the majority of non-pros leaving as they don't want to be playing sweaty metas; they want to come on and chill out.

Personally, I'd have units, abilities, income etc, balanced per game mode, but that's a lot of effort to balance and still won't help in a premade vs randoms. I'd go even further in setting up "pro" version for those ttop players.

Balancing around people who can not retreat there units is not a good Idea. Those with large skill issue should learn how to play. watch a 700 Elo game, you will see they do not even know the basics of coh games. chill out coh is not a chilled game. We talk about Ranked if you want more of a chilled game then meta dosent matter. weak strat vs weak strat can be played in customgames.
