DAK - Recommendation for late game tank phase

Hi,


The title says it all ! 


As you know the late game of DAK is an intensive one, Implementing radical changes is not easy with this faction.


Here is what I think a good and smooth game changer without breaking too much of the current status quo !


Panzer 3 are decent but not on par with wiping units or inflicting serious damage to better late game tanks.


I was thinking about the possibility of when activating the Tiger stage, to have the possibility to upgrade the Panzer 3 to Panzer 4, or even having the possibility to build them from T4 buildings. 400 MP - 90 Fuel


or/and these changes can be made like the british refit, ie clicking a button to withdraw the Panzer 3 back to HQ and trade them with Panzer 4 but losing all your veterancy on the panzer 3 to get a fresh Panzer 4


or to simply pay to upgrade your current Panzer 3 (when Tiger stage is completed) 80 MP + 15 fuel to get Panzer 4, this option will keep your veterancy but your Panzer 4 will have to stay static for example for 20 sec while upgrading to Panzer 4.


Panzer 4 are only available as call-ins tanks, therefore they are not very present in the late game stage. Which is sad in a way same goes for 2x Stug call-ins, that are imo decent tanks that deserve more presence, adding them to T4 as buildable tanks will be something that I will personally use. 


Player like myself who prefer LV and skip T3 have to face EZ8, Hellcats, and Grants in the late game which is basically fighting on reverse with a couple of Panzer 3.

This is in my opinion not a big balance breaker, but rather a way to give DAK a little more balance in the tank stage.

Basically the goal is to build all the Tiger stage tanks and rely on call-ins as an emergency and quick support to the late game.
