Alright, got an answer, seems like redoing "Make Love Not War" or even unlock those achievements is not possible as it would require work with outdated systems.

So then, what would it take for them to remove the achievements if they will not take the time to setup the outdated systems? I found this guide on implementing Steam achievements from Steam: https://partner.steamgames.com/doc/features/achievements/ach_guide
It looks like whomever just needs to go into the Achievement Configuration page for the game and remove them per the image in Step 1. It also looks like you can set it so that the achievement can be set by the Client; that way, you no longer need the outdated systems, and we can just use SAM for the MWNL achievements.
