We have recently made changes to our moderation system so it is more aggressive. Please ensure that you are reporting players with the in-game system when you see them violating the rules. 

Can you also let us know the values given under Apps?

Another thing we would ask people to check:

• Open your browser
• Go to steam://open/console
• In the console, type licenses_for_app 1677280
• Let us know what it says under "Depots"

If you're experiencing this issue, could you let me know how you purchased CoH3? Did you get it directly from Steam, or a key reseller, or did someone gift it to you? And would you happen to be using Steam's Family Sharing at all?
